Company Formation Procedure
Once you complete and submit the order form, we will then send you the necessary documents to sign which consists of the statutory CRO forms required to incorporate a company under the Companies Act 2014. As soon as we receive these back from you, we will submit your company application with the Companies Registration Office and have the company incorporated within only 3-4 working days. We may also require customer due diligence documentation under anti-money laundering requirements.

A Private Company Limited by Shares (LTD) is the most common company type for private and commercial ventures. This can be a single director company provided that a separate company secretary is appointed. A minimum of one shareholder is required, this is often the company director(s).
