Change Company Name

To order an Irish company name change please provide your current registered company name and number as well as the new name you wish to register. Our service includes checking that the requested name is available and all the necessary steps to successfully change the company name with the Companies Registration Office.

Please note that if your company was incorporated prior to 1st June 2015 and you have not updated the company’s memorandum and articles to a constitution under the Companies Act 2014, you will need to do so before the company name can be changed.
