Yes. You can order replacement company seals in case of loss or damage, or duplicates for use at multiple offices. However, you should notify your board of directors and record the use of multiple seals in company minutes or records.
Yes. A company seal is an embossing tool that leaves a raised impression on paper and is a legal requirement. A rubber stamp is for convenience (e.g., adding the company name to documents) and has no legal status.

No. A company seal is only required for incorporated entities such as private limited companies (LTD), DACs, or CLGs. Sole traders and partnerships are not legally required to have a seal.
