The CRO has just released its submission and filing deadlines for the end of 2025, and if you’re planning to incorporate a new company before the year closes, time is of the essence.
Key Deadline: New Company Incorporations
If you need to incorporate a new company before 2025 ends, mark your calendar now. Monday, December 8th is the final deadline for new company applications to be lodged with the CRO. We strongly recommend submitting your applications at least one week before this deadline.
Complete CRO Year-End Deadlines
- Ordinary A1 Online Scheme: December 1st, 2025
- Fé Phrainn Online Scheme: December 8th, 2025
- Change of Name: December 8th, 2025
- Re-Registrations: December 8th, 2025
- Company Name Reservations: December 12th, 2025
