During a stakeholder meeting with the Companies Registration Office (CRO), we learned that the CRO has announced the recommencement of involuntary strike-off actions following the resolution of IT issues that had been affecting operations since May.

Key Points from the Meeting

The recommencement means that approximately 35,000 companies are now at risk of being struck off, with priority given to those with the longest outstanding annual returns.
