Annual Returns

The Companies Registration Office (CRO) have announced an amnesty for companies unable to file annual returns during the Covid-19 crisis. All Irish company annual returns that are due to be filed between now and 30th June will be deemed to have been filed on-time providing that all elements have been filed and completed by that date. The situation will be kept under review and could be extended by the CRO if this situation hasn’t improved by then.

We would like to thank the Registrar of Companies for this excellent gesture to the Irish business community. Company Bureau made a submission on your behalf requesting this measure just a few days ago. Please remember to connect with us on Linkedin or follow us on Twitter to stay up to date on the latest updates.

We hope that you remain healthy and that this news will help you and your clients to focus on more pressing challenges during these unprecedented times. We remain committed to assisting you to meet and exceed your requirements.
