Our Main LTD Company Formation Packages

Digital Company Formation Package – with or without a Company Seal

We launched our new Digital Company Formation Package for LTD companies in 2020, based on the strong interest from clients and the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a more environmentally-conscious option as it removes the need to print documents and send them in the post. All incorporation documents will be emailed to you in digital (PDF) format. You will receive all the necessary documents as PDF files.

Standard Service with Premium Package

Our standard service is our most popular option for new company formations. Given the new requirement for Irish companies to maintain and file their Register of Beneficial Owners (RBO), this is now included in this price (if required). All legal documents are delivered by post/courier in a smart folder with the company seal included.

Please note: If you would like to avail of the free RBO filing, you must inform us at the time the company is ordered. If you prefer to make this filing yourself, it must be made within 5 months of incorporation.

Express Service with Premium Package

Our Express Service with nominee incorporation is ideal when a fast turnaround time is required. This nominee service includes Company Bureau acting as the sole company director, company secretary, and initial subscriber until the company has been incorporated by the CRO. Once the company is formed, we will transfer the company over to the new directors and shareholders. This service also includes our premium package and RBO Filing (if required) and is exclusive to Professional Advisors.

Other Company Types

Other company types (e.g., CLG) can still be ordered online however, the digital package is currently only available for LTD companies.
