Voluntary Strike-Off
A company may be Voluntarily Struck off the Register providing certain conditions are met. Company Bureau can carry out all the steps on your behalf to ensure the company is disposed of properly. The steps are as follows:
- Make sure all Annual Returns and Accounts are up to date
- Send Letter to Revenue requesting letter of no objection
- Put Advertisement in National Daily Newspaper
- Send letter to CRO enclosing copy of revenue letter & copy of advertisement applying for Voluntary Strike-Off
