The Companies Registration Office (CRO) is considering the possibility of auto-signed high security certificates for company Certificates of Incorporation and Business Name Certificates. It is hoped this may be in place within the next 3 years. However the input of banks must be sought on this matter before a decision will be made. It is thought this may coincide with the CRO’s proposed decentralisation to Carlow. Company Bureau will update you as soon as there are further developments.
