Christmas and 2011 Deadline for New Company Formations fast approaching!

Company Bureau would like to remind you that Tuesday 13th December 2011 is the last day for new company applications to be lodged with the Companies Registration Office (CRO) should you require a limited company to be incorporated before Christmas or the 31st December 2011.

Should you require a company to be incorporated before then, and also to avail of the 0% rate of corporation tax for the first 3 years of business, you will need to place an order with us at least 2 days before this date (Companies must be incorporated before 31st December 2011)

Also if you require a company to be incorporated before Budget Day, ideally we should receive the order/signed documents by Wednesday, 30th November to ensure that we have the company registered in time.
